This website is provided for browsing pharmacy products, learning about our services and contacting Suguru Vella Pharmacy. The information on the site is general and should not replace advice from a qualified health professional.

Orders & Availability

Product prices and availability may change based on stock, supplier pricing and pharmacist review. An order is confirmed only after our team accepts it by phone, WhatsApp, email or in person.

• We may contact you to confirm product details before completing an order.
• Substitutions are only offered when appropriate and approved by the customer.
• Wholesale orders may require separate pricing, minimum quantities and confirmation.

Prescription Products

Prescription medicines require a valid prescription and pharmacist approval before dispensing. Suguru Vella Pharmacy may refuse to supply medication where doing so would be unsafe, unlawful or contrary to professional pharmacy practice.

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery times are estimates and depend on product availability, location, payment confirmation and rider availability. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details.

Returns & Refunds

For safety reasons, medicines and healthcare products may not always be returnable once supplied. If there is a product issue, contact us quickly with your order details so our team can review the matter.

Privacy

Information submitted through the website is used to respond to enquiries, process orders and support customer service. We handle customer health and contact information with care and only share it where needed to complete a service or comply with applicable requirements.
