Delivery, payment, prescriptions and returns — answered plainly. If yours is not here, message us and we reply within one business day.
Yes. We deliver across Bawku and the wider Upper East Region. At checkout you can choose delivery to your address or collection from your nearest branch. Delivery timing depends on product availability, your location, payment confirmation and rider availability — we call you to confirm before anything goes out.
Three ways: Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel or AirtelTigo), debit or credit card, or cash on delivery. Mobile Money and card payments are handled on Paystack’s secure page, so we never see or store your card details. Cash on delivery means you pay the rider when your order arrives.
For prescription-only medicines, yes. A valid prescription and pharmacist approval are required before we dispense. You can attach your prescription when you place the order, or bring it to any branch. We may decline to supply a medicine where doing so would be unsafe, unlawful or against professional pharmacy practice.
Yes. Our pharmacy at Bawku Central, adjacent Bawku Main Market, runs a 24-hour service every day — directions are on the store locator.
Yes, while it is still being prepared. Sign in, open My Profile, find the order and choose Cancel order — the items go straight back into stock. Once an order has been dispatched, call the branch instead and we will sort it out with you.
For safety reasons, medicines and healthcare products often cannot be returned once they have been supplied. If something is wrong with what you received — damaged packaging, the wrong item, a quality concern — tell us quickly through the product complaint form and a pharmacist will review it.
Yes. Ordering requires an account so your delivery details, prescription and order history stay attached to you and nobody else can see them. Creating one takes a moment — phone number and password, or sign in with Google.
We do, from our Bawku Central pharmacy — cartons and cases of medicines, supplements, medical supplies and equipment, priced for clinics, hospitals, schools, pharmacies and resellers across the Upper East Region. Minimum order quantities apply per line. See the wholesale catalogue.
